Parts Fabrication
Parts fabrication is a manufacturing process that uses raw materials to make (fabricate) custom metal structures, through cutting, bending, and welding machinery, rather than basic assembly from ready-made parts. VeriForm is a comprehensive fabrication shop that employs all these services in one facility, limiting the need to locate multiple vendors.
Ontario’s Best Custom Fabricators
Our highly trained parts fabrication team employs the best precision equipment and can cut, bend, and assemble the most complex parts whether they are large or small. Check out some of our custom metal fabrication work.
Parts Fabrication Examples
Our full range of precision metal part manufacturing solutions is aimed at quality, on-time delivery, and value. Processes include plasma cutting, laser cutting, and induction bending up to 20 feet! Assembly of parts employs MIG, TIG, and spot welding all Canadian Welding Bureau (CWB) certified Pemserts™ for fastener-insertion work, right down to finished painting.
Unrivaled Part Fabrication
We’ve made deceptively simple looking parts that fit in the palm of one hand, yet require 15 bends. One large sheet metal part we made would normally be done in a large stamping die press. Instead, we accommodated its complex shape complete with 21 bends at our Cambridge, Ontario shop. In addition to aluminum and carbon metal capabilities, we are also experienced plastic and steel fabricators.
Here’s a short list of the processes we employ for our customers:
- CNC High-Resolution Plasma Cutting
- CNC Laser Cutting
- CNC Punch/Laser
- CNC Bending – Forming
- CNC Shearing
- CNC Punching
- Specialty: Pemsert™ Insertion Nuts and Studs,
- BTM Clinching, Drilling, Tapping, Beveling, Part Number Stamping and Rolling
- Welding – Assembly/Painting
- Large Part Capability
