Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act

VeriForm Inc. is committed to developing and implementing policies, practices and procedures for people with disabilities in a manner consistent with the principles of independence, dignity, integration and equality of opportunity. 

As such all information and communication to our customers, suppliers and staff will support persons with disabilities. Also, our hiring practices will accommodate people with disabilities during the selection process.

Procedure and policies for VeriForm’s Accessible Customer Service commitment are outlined in detail in our Health & Safety Policy and can be made available for review upon request.  These documents required under the Customer Service Standard are made in accessible formats or with communication supports.
